Therapy Appointments
Prior to your appointment:

Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your appointment in order to fill out paperwork (if this is your first time seeing Dr. Roland)​

We will try our best to keep from scheduling clients at the same agency back-to-back in order to maintain confidentiality
At your appointment:

Know that your appointment will be approximately 50 minutes long
After appointment:

Your information will remain confidential; nothing will be shared with the agency unless you have given specific permission to Dr. Roland or staff and have signed a Release of Information (ROI).
Mandated Debriefings or Wellness Appointments
